We first met Michael Goslar when we were looking for a German-speaking tradesman to renovate the bathroom in our holiday apartment. The bathroom needed to be completely gutted and remodeled. Besides the flawless execution of the work, including his assistance with obtaining permits, etc., everything was handled to our complete satisfaction through clear communication and advance notice. For this reason, we commissioned him three years later to completely renovate our new property. He carried out and supervised all the work (wall demolition, flooring, new windows, bathrooms, electrical work, plumbing, etc.). He also did many other favors for us, which led to a friendly relationship. We have already successfully recommended him and will continue to do so with complete confidence. Due to water damage, we were forced to completely renovate the bathroom in our holiday apartment in southern Tenerife. Finding a suitable (German-speaking) company caused us many sleepless nights. Then we came across UmBau-Goslar: from the initial contact via WhatsApp and phone to completion, everything went smoothly and on schedule. Additional work, such as new wardrobe fittings and interior doors, was also carried out without any problems. The result of all the work exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely satisfied. Since we are only on the island occasionally and unfortunately don't speak Spanish, it was very convenient for us that Mr. Goslar acted as the general contractor and managed all the trades. As promised, we were finally able to enjoy our (freshly renovated and spotlessly clean) apartment again on Christmas Eve. So: a definite recommendation!
